And just to be clear, I am not cheerleading higher prices. I would love them to go down. I would love more young families to buy in and around my community. I have nothing invested in being right and the gains do nothing for me. My costs are fixed and my gains now too big that I would ever consider paying taxes on.

I feel the pain of my clients struggles and lose sleep over them. You really know nothing about me. I do everything I can to help my clients make good smart decisions more often than not to my personal detriment and have my entire career.

I just like poking you permabears every once in a while to entertain myself. You’ll never change, you are your own worst enemies and you’ll never win with that negative attitude.

Young homeowners have plenty of chances to be homeowners, just maybe not here for many of them as the demographics have fundamentally changed. No one is entitled to live in Beverly Hills nor are they anywhere here. But there are and always will be plenty of truly wonderful places in this country to live. This is far from the only one.
