I have to admit, I wasn’t sure why people on a housing blog were talking about their HOA’s, but I am sure happy they did.
I never knew you could get one for as little as $42/month.
Mine costs at least that much per hour, and doesn’t even include the cost of the room, never mind cable AND lawn service!
You guys really are progressive.
