It is not legal to dump trash in your neighbor’s trash cans. I believe there is a fine.
It is really frustrating, remembering I have more to toss out after we put trash cans out for pick up. I open up recycling bin , and someone has dumped their week’s worth of fast food trash in there. Fast food is trash not recycling!
This has happened many times, I never catch them because they wait until late to do it.
It’s not that big of a deal if I have room, you ask, and you put in the correct bin. Also don’t overflow my bins, again.
It’s my service, so I’d like to use my bins, even it’s last minute.
