    I wouldn’t even consider buying this craphole at $500k. This greedy owner try to find a greater fool to pay for $990k for his run-down ’73 house. What a retard. If the owner can find a buyer at this price, I will forever shut my mouth. Period.

    Could the 1 Acre Lot Explain it?

    I agree, what a little shitbox this is. I especially like the lack of grass in the back yard. Wood chips are ever so much easier to maintain, aren’t they? Termites love ’em too!

    The “outbuildings” of a workshop and oh-so-quaintly named “RV barn” make me wonder if this wasn’t some sort of used car junkyard/repair shop/meth lab in the past.

    What is the zoning in that part of Poway? Can in fact a one acre lot be split into two buildable parcels?

    I think it’s definitely the land going here. But, yes, delusional. Is poway land really worth $1M an acre? I don’t think so.

    Even Rancho Santa Fe does not go for $1M/acre, much less Poway. Definitely delusional.
