If that’s the case, would Apple drop x86 from their desktop too?[/quote]I don’t know if Apple is even attempting this, because their iOS market is IMHO much stronger than their OSX market. So, it would be dumb to drop iOS. Which is why you haven’t seen anything like this from Apple. They’re heading down the patch of the two OS being aware of each other instead of combining into one.
