Priorities need to be first less visible…
(1) Cross Hudson rail tunnels at 32nd St
(2) Portal Bridge (look it up)
(3) N train to LGA (the current Airtrain plan is awful, requires traveling far into Queens, then doubling back)
(4) 2nd Ave. subway
(5) Direct PATH train to EWR, replacing less-frequent commuter train/monorail service
(6) THEN look at renovating LGA and JFK
