I’m assuming TW means Time Warner, which means you’re really on shared pipe.

You’ve got a 50mbps pipe limit, but the reality is anytime anybody is loading big shit, you’ll get bad jitter. I’ve got TW – 50 Mbps service and frankly, beginning of the day and early evening, their lag just sucks worse than our Presidential Candidates, IMHO.
