Although I understand other people’s concerns about how globalization has changed the dynamics of jobs, housing, etc. in places like San Diego, it really hasn’t affected anyone in my family or anyone I know, so it’s a nonissue for us and most people we know.

We do see a lot of bitter people who came to the CA real estate investment party late, but that’s another story, so, for the most part, we just look at it as an opportunity for more people to rent or buy real estate from us, because they all need a place to live, at least for as long as their jobs last.
