    I work in the building right next to Accredited Home Lenders up off the 15 in North County. When I went into our lunch room today they were cleaning out everything in the office so I think it is safe to say that they have closed this branch.

    like I said before, I’ve seen several C21 Branches close also.. one closed in Del Mar for example

    Excellent…..my "schadenfruende-o-meter" is starting to rise ! 

    I  am going to lift off my branch and start circling overhead like the buzzard looking for opportunities by the end of next year, if all continues as I think it will

    That’s because they have moved to a new location. They recently acquired a new company also. So it looks like they are growing etc. I know this because I do business with them
