That’s great! You know the bubble has burst when people are starting to use it for analogies. A few more months with general comments like that and the NAR won’t be able to keep it’s spin program afloat.
Housing market analogies in baseball. Usually it’s the other way around – e.g. “We’re in the third inning of a nine inning game, prices are going to go down further”

By the way – Towers’ moves this offseason have been poor IMO. Getting rid of Ben Johnson was bad enough, but trading away Josh Barfield ? That’s criminal. Another future all-star gone a la Jason Bay.
As an Indians fan I couldn’t be more happy with the trade for Barfield. In fact I am a baseball junkie (particular with coaching and analyzing swings) and rarely do you see a trade where one fan base is completely jacked, and the other is torqued off.
Not that this has anything to do with housing. Kouzmanoff might develop into the power 3B the Pads have been looking for. Great numbers in the minors.
