I have dated quite a few Indian women in the last few years. Less a question of unwillingness, more of perception. White guys won’t ask because they ass-u-me a lack of interest. Same with other races.

E.g. White men are either not interested in black women or assume they will be rejected, so they don’t ask. And 9/10 times, the guy needs to ask first.
