[/quote]We need to cut this man a break here. He wasn’t on the road when he was arrested and this was likely his first offense cuz he bailed out on only a $685 cash bond.

It’s very likely that he is suffering from PTSD and the smallish town he lives in likely offers little to no Veteran’s services. We need to better take care of our heros like him. He’ll go thru the “First Conviction Program” (or whatever they call it in MT) and hopefully get some (badly needed) help for himself.
