Was driving up 30th st in north park the other day when I saw a restaurant with tables in the street where cars would normally park with ropes planters and all kinds of stuff that did not look temporary. Now that is blatant disregard to code enforcement when somebody takes over public property for their own personal/business use. Now I was driving so I didn’t really know what was going on there but it struck me as weird.
