Rubio is done.
Kasich is done (mathematically) and should also drop out.

It’ll come down Cruz vs Trump. I think most of the Rubio and Kasich’s votes will go to the lesser of the two evils and that would be Cruz.

I’ll go out on the limb and say that Cruz will get the nomination.
