Anybody can buy a tinted window and have it installed. I would say measuring the amount of tint is a better indicator than whether it has film or not. I’ll have to admit I am more suspicious of a car with darkly tinted windows, now in AZ in might be the norm. I kinda want to see who is driving and no I’m not a cop.
