I love myfitnesspal, but it’s hard to put in your own recipes and adjust the servings for foods prepared at home (haven’t tried in a month or two, maybe it’s improved). I like the fact that you can hook up mapmywalk to it – if I go for a walk before I eat anything, I have an hour or so of negative calories for the day, which is very satisfying.
