So now you are a bitter snob because people that are selling don’t need to sell to you at prices you think is fair. So again, the problem here is affordability of what you want given current market conditions. Why should someone be compelled to sell at a lower price if they don’t need to? Anyone would do the same thing.
I think this is just an indicator of how financially strong others are and why re prices aren’t going to plunge in some of these submarkets. Great if you are an existing owner, terrible if you are trying to get in for the first time. Oh well, that’s life.
