here’s one that is in budget in CV that just got listed. MEH. chinaman can have it.
I’m not surprised that you don’t want to live in a house with a back yard that faces on a busy road (that will probably get busier in the future). Maybe you’re confused, but no one ever said that CV is utopia. It’s got great educational opportunities (CCA ranks #89 in US News and WR ranking), relatively close to the beach and pretty convenient commute-wise. But there are lots of unappealing houses; these tend to have lower prices. As I said earlier, I think you are frustrated at what your budget can’t buy.
