The former principal at Ashley Falls (now head of Technology for the district) compulsively makes rules of the kind you are describing. No one ever seems to put the brakes on this guy (unless he was following some other administrators rules). He opened back to school night last year with reminders about these picayune rules. There never seems to be an end.
