Also meant to mention–whatever you decide to do about diet and
exercise–enjoy it–and try to avoid (as much as possible–realizing health issues may not be optional) negative stressors.
We have friends and family who are in moderately “good shape,” with few negative stressors, who have lived extremely long and great lives. We also have friends and family who have been in perfect shape in every way , but had major stress from financial or other issues, who didn’t, so it’s definitely more than just diet and exercise.
