Well, I’m seeing signs the Summer boom is over and prices are flattening out in my home’s price range, simply because I’m seeing more notifications of price reductions in my inbox.

I guess the Fed action on interest rates in a couple weeks is really going to determine mortgage rates and impact the direction of the market.
