checked out both, bought from walmart site
Just bought a B&D cordless drill set
(about 35% off their list which seemed about 50% off list at home Depot or lowes)

Did not intend on buying anything but saw the deal and my cordless drill bit the dust a few months ago, PITA using the corded one.
