The Issue I have with laguna beach is its mostly a tourist trap near the beach area.
To Each their own but I kind of like the Idea of living a bit away from the beach and just going there when I want to.

If I was to live right on the beach, I would like it to be a secluded area, probably too far away from the City to be convenient for most.
