Wikipedia says 120-139 is the prehypertension range. I don’t have a regular doctor, but if I did I’m pretty sure he would say my blood pressure is fine. If he said otherwise I would get another doctor. I weigh 200 lbs dripping wet, which is exactly what I plan to be after hitting the treadmill tomorrow.
