Are they finally going to connect the western side of Park Village to the 56 now? I always find it dumb not to have Camino Ruiz not go all the way from Miramar all the way to Camino Del Sur. After all, there is a tiny portion in Park Village it’s called Camino Ruiz but it is dead end on both sides. If you can get to the 56 from the West side of Park Village easier, I would think it’ll increase the desirability of the area. Especially if you can get to Intuit easier. It would definitely be more convenient for those living off Carmel Mt. Road, like Christmas card lane area. I wouldn’t think there would be negative impact on pre-existing homes. All I can think of is positives impact (easier access to freeway).
