Thanks guys. At this point, I really don’t want tenant to do anything because it is a 1/2 bath with very tight space. It is weird to open a door and another door is immediately upon your face. Just said no to tenant and hope they will give up this idea. I don’t think it is a structural, support wall because at one time we are looking into knocking down the whole wall and expand the 1/2 bath. Some contractors came in to give us quotes.

Speaking of professionals, not all are equal. We once had a leak in the roof, a handyman came and patched it up. It was a lousy job. He came back to fix it which made it even worse.
