I support breed specific legislation because if we’re in an ideal world, yes, the owners would manage it better than what see practically every day. Obviously, 95% or more of the owners can’t do the job of policing themselves so I’m all for not allowing certain breeds at all in certain neighborhoods. Maybe someone can propose that to my local HOA…

Yes, I generally hate most dogs and especially dog owner who let their dogs run leash free who clearly have no basis to allow that.
