Technically, I think, we all have origins in Africa. Need to check the archaeological record again…but isn’t that the cradle of mankind? So technically, i don’t think it would be fraud to “identify” as having origins there.
the question doesn’t specify a certain percentage, so 50% african, or 1/5,000,000,000,000 seem to be similarly treated.
It might be fraud to identify as having origins in Asia say if you didn’t have a connection there…
