Didn’t see any blood in that video paramount. When walking our dogs we see lots of bad dog owners. Like the ones that let their dogs run around off leash, not a good idea in my mind. We have seen a distant neighbor who actually lets their pit bull walk around in their not fenced yard, bad idea!
