Teachers shall henceforth question students and students shall defend their answers under impromptu questioning. Every interaction will be a “test” but there will be no tests per se.
Teachers “grading” shall no longer be numerical but shall be in the form of an essay, no less than 5000 words, describing students strengths weaknesses and suggestions for further study.

There is no need for these letters. They are not “objective” or meaningful.
