My frank opinion is that if you’re looking in the better parts of san diego for investment property, you’re late to the party.. About 1-2 years…
Things in the better parts of town are just insanely priced… They might have slowed down at the higher end, but not in the sense of things being a “deal”. And things priced more like investment grade in these better parts of town haven’t shown any sign of any real slow down.
