Oh, and hey… You do realize regardless of what the new/CPO warranty is, if it’s emissions related. Emissions related components are warrantied for 7 years under CA laws, and 8 years under federal law. So chances are if you’re getting a CEL, and provided you didn’t screw around with the engine yourself (modify it), BMW has to service your car and eat the cost of emissions related repairs…
