well, i tried pure RAW MEAL, but it was just too gross. it’s plant protein. very healthy. I mix it 50-50 with muscle milk. i also use LIFE’S BASICS, which is pea, chia, hempa nd some other seed, and muscle milk. they are just not great. poder and water, waht would you expect? still, it’s cheap and easy and you can get a lot of protein in there.
it can be difficult to get a lot of protein every day without powders, if you’re looking to get a lot of protein.
