SK, you are correct. Shoveler is confused again. A union representing City of SD attorneys (lol) went to “court” (in the form of adjudicating a ULP) long before the passage of Prop B over City’s failure to bargain in good faith over proposed retirement takeaways and now City is going to “real” court in attempt to rescue the ill-fated and illegal Prop B, which will never see the light of day. City did it all to themselves. CAR posted the thread he’s referencing earlier here where we discussed this issue ad nauseaum a few months ago.
