UCG- i’m not saying its not possible, i’m just saying its a heck of a lot easier when you’re dual income, living together to buy 1-5 years out of college. keep in mind that for someone my age, housing was already overpriced 4+ yrs out of college. in nyc, most people out of college don’t make enough in their first 5 years to buy anything or save for a down payment, with roommates or not
