Goddamnit why won’t the markets correct. Google up after hours things are going nuts.. I want people to be running for cover. Stop feeling they have money, and most importantly stop going out there and trying to buy property…..

You can tell we have an economic recovery in San Diego. I’ve never seen so many new BMW’s and Mercedes being driven around since probably 2004/5…mostly probably leased… I can tell because my detailer tells me he’s been getting more business and the folks he details keep ranting/raving on how a good deal their getting on their monthly payments… Go figure….
