While you think of ways to add a 2nd bathroom, I can have 3 to choose from. Not to mention space. Hot water DOES NOT use 10-20kW if you have a Nat. Gas heater. Haven’t you heard, there’s a big NG boom and NG’s price is dirt cheap? Using electricity to heat water is definitely not the most efficient vehicle for that function.
