It’s not about “stinkation” or skipping other local attractions.Who would do that?

For kids, there is something to having your own tree fort, bmx track, pool, basket ball hoop,etc or just a place to dig a hole and play trucks and be able to go back to it. As others have mentioned, certain hobbies are kind of difficult to carry on or are taboo,as in Svelte’s case, with shared walls.
Different strokes different opinions different tradeoffs. It’s not an argument to win or lose.
