Dow was at 10.4k last October. Funny, I still had clients.

If anything, that which can’t be done in-house still has to be done by someone. A bad economy just means that in-house staff are let go, and contractors pick up the slack.

I’m not a “contract worker” in the sense of working for a middleman, BTW. I’m both the middleman and the worker 🙂
