On the low end that’s a pretty safe general bet.
How do children with parents with bachelors degrees do against those with parents of higher education?
I don’t think there is a lot of difference. In at least some cases the kids of parents with 4 year degrees do better as a block, by district. Safe to presume net worth/incomes (socioeconomics) are higher with education?
