For the past year or more (at least), i’ve noticed a sign every day on the freeway exit that said:

“Seeking real estate investor apprentice. Call…”

However, I noticed today the sign was gone and a new sign in its place. The new sign says:

“Stop Foreclosures. Call…”

The times they are a’changin’.
