Another one, 36% down from peak if it sells for this price, and this is during one of the biggest seller’s markets in years.
A number of homes have sold in the LC Oaks development over the past few years that were 30%-40% below peak price.
While the aggregate might not have dropped that much (yet), there were plenty of homes that were discounted 30-40% from peak prices, even in “Nirvana.”
