This is excellent news, but I’m left wondering why all the other people who trash foreclosures aren’t put under the same magnifying glass, and why they aren’t punished the same way. How many of these “Joe Sixpacks” have lost their jobs as a result of what they did to their foreclosed house? How many are in jail and/or have to pay restitution?[/quote]
They should be but he deserves it more. For the very simple reason that he is a representative of the law.
