In general, I find the entire property tax and assessmenets very interesting. Looking at a lot of these places, often i see assessments for things that I make me really scratch my head.

I will agree with folks though that I don’t envy folks living in Santa Luis with those Property tax + MR. It is very steep there…Nice homes in that area though, so I understand why some folks like it there.
