This commission did excellent work and came up with a very workable solution, but President Clinton spiked it for some reason.

Your thoughts as to why? I mean, Clinton and Jordan both hail from your “side”, right? And your side is going to be the side that leads us into the light on this subject, right? It appears we had a solution in place some 17-odd years ago, but something happened to derail it. Hmmmmm.
