FWIW the community feeling he described is exactly the same in the neighborhood adjacent to where he used to live. He just couldnt get a brand new house and move in the same time as all his neighbors. There is defintely something to said for that as that is what we did. The only problem is 10 years later many of the neighbors we loved are gone. Replaced by nice new ones but not the same as when I first got here and I suspect he will experience that also soon enough.
And the API scores at the school his kids would have went to were 961 last year:)
