The other problem I saw with these models is the quality of the cabinets. It’s horribly cheap. Even RTA are of much higher quality than these. They put their money on shiny GE Monogram appliances in the model to bring in the oohs and aahs, but the cabinets are cheap. The showers are still using white ceramic tiles.
