Bottomline-despite all the dissenting opinions SM has come along way in the last decade by developing nice, new communities that have attracted a higher income/education demographic. Its not without its issues but those of you who havent been there in the last few years would be impressed by the changes. Contrary to what the CA’s who want things to remain the way they were 40 years ago think….thats progress and its a good thing!
