I think before you offer your “all know it” opinion about how bad an investment is, you probably should get your own house in order…

..it’s probably more likely real estate will appreciate 5-7% this year than we’ll see Zygna recoup it -35%+ loss in that happened only in past 2-3 months for the remainder of the year.

Losing 5-7% or even 10-15% on a house over years is nothing compared to taking a 30%+ hit on stock in 1-3 months…And you can’t live in pile of stock shares.
And from this point on almost impossible to lose 30+% in a house in a few months short of act of mother nature.
