That’s a very cute house, even if it is kinda pricey.
1. It IS a trailer park, and I believe it’s not a senior park (senior parks aren’t a problem, IMHO). From what I understand, that trailer park can be a bit rough.
2. You’re going to be getting train noise there. Just something to keep in mind.
